Please be aware that there are no full or partial refunds of subscriptions. If You desire to unsubscribe from the Site, please be aware that Your Member profile information will be retained for a period of 1 year, available to you if you re-subscribe, and that certain material may remain on the Site after cancellation, such as forum postings and comments to other Members.

We keep Your information for as long as Your account is active or as needed. We may retain certain information after You cancel Your Membership if it is necessary to comply with Our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use.

Email Subscriptions

If You have provided Your email address for the purpose of receiving announcements from Us regarding Brilliant Factory or its companion Sites, You may unsubscribe from receiving these announcements by following the instructions provided to You when You subscribed. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to visitors based on which sites they visit on the Internet.
